Sidewall damage, large punctures over 6mm, tread separation, or any damage from running flat over distance cannot be safely repaired — the tyre must be replaced. Our technician inspects the tyre on arrival and tells you honestly which applies.
Q: My car doesn't have a spare tyre. Can you still help?
A: Yes. Many modern cars sold in the UAE (BMW, MINI, some Mercedes, electric vehicles) come with run-flat tyres or a repair kit only no spare. If your puncture is repairable, we fix it on-scene (AED 200). If not, we either supply and fit a replacement from our stock of common UAE sizes, or tow you on a flat-bed to your preferred tyre shop at standard tow rates.
Q: How fast can you reach me for a flat tyre in Dubai?
A: Average arrival across Dubai is 24 minutes. Within Al Quoz, Business Bay, Downtown, Marina and Jumeirah it is typically 15–25 minutes. Highway shoulders (Sheikh Zayed, Al Khail, Emirates Road) are prioritised 15 and 20 minutes typical because of the safety risk. If we miss the 30-minute mark for inner-Dubai jobs, your call-out fee is automatically waived.
Q: Can I drive on a flat tyre to the nearest tyre shop?
A: Please don’t. Driving even a short distance on a flat will destroy the tyre carcass (any chance of repair gone), bend the alloy or steel rim (AED 400–2,000 to replace), and can damage the brake calliper, suspension and TPMS sensor. The cost of driving “just to the shop” almost always exceeds the cost of a call-out. We come to you.

A: Usually no. Most manufacturers (BMW, MINI, and some Mercedes models) specify that run-flats must be replaced once they have been run flat, even if the damage looks minor, because the internal structure may be compromised.
