When to call for fuel delivery
The obvious one is an empty tank — but a few situations are worth a call before you’re fully stranded:
- Fuel light has been on for a while and the next station is too far
- You've stopped on Sheikh Zayed Road or a highway and it's unsafe to walk
- Your car is in a basement or compound where you can't easily get fuel to it
- You're low on diesel and diesel stations are scarce on your route
- It's the middle of the night and you'd rather not leave your car

Don’t run it bone-dry if you can help it. Repeatedly running a car to empty can draw debris into the fuel system and, on some cars, strain the fuel pump. If the light’s on, call early.

Put the wrong fuel in? Don't start the engine
This is the one case where the answer is not fuel delivery. If you’ve filled with the wrong fuel — most commonly petrol into a diesel engine — adding more fuel makes it worse.
Do not start the engine, and don’t turn the key to “on.” Running a misfuelled engine — even for a few seconds — can circulate the wrong fuel through the system and cause expensive damage. Call us and say it’s a misfuel: we send a recovery truck to tow the car to a garage for a drain and flush, not a fuel van.
Caught before starting, a misfuel is usually a straightforward drain-and-flush. That’s why the first move is always the same: stop, don’t start, call.

How fast can you deliver fuel to my car?
Average arrival in central Dubai is 25–35 minutes. Al Quoz, Business Bay, Downtown and Sheikh Zayed Road are usually 20–30 minutes; outer zones like Jebel Ali and Dubai South 40–60 minutes. A WhatsApp GPS pin gets you the fastest dispatch.
What types of fuel do you deliver?

I put the wrong fuel in my car — can you help?
Yes, but not with fuel delivery. Do NOT start the engine. We tow the car to a garage to drain and flush the system, which prevents serious damage. Call and say it’s a misfuel so we send a recovery truck rather than a fuel van.
Is fuel delivery available 24 hours?
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, with no after-hours surcharge.
Can you deliver fuel on a highway or Sheikh Zayed Road?
Yes, and we prioritise highway calls for safety. Put on hazard lights, pull onto the hard shoulder, exit the passenger side and wait behind the barrier. Our operators carry hi-vis and warning triangles for motorway work.
Do you deliver to a car at home or in basement parking?
Yes — homes, villa compounds, office car parks and basement parking. For basements, give the building name and parking level so the operator reaches you directly.
Is there any markup on the fuel itself?
No. You pay the fixed call-out plus the fuel at pump price, and we show the receipt. Pay by card, cash or bank transfer at the roadside.
